What are Ezy Rewards Points?
The Ezy Rewards Points program is our way of thanking you for your loyalty. The more qualifying purchases you make on Ezy Direct, the more Ezy Rewards Points you receive. Once your points mature, you can redeem them and use them to pay for new orders on Ezy Direct. Ezy Rewards Points are broken down into two types: Standard Points which apply generally to all purchases (subject to the general restrictions and excluding purchases where Promotional Points apply) and Promotional Points which are awarded under special Ezy Rewards Points promotions.
How do I earn Ezy Rewards Points?
You earn Ezy Rewards Points by placing orders on Ezy Direct. Most purchases qualify. No enrollment is necessary but certain restrictions apply, including these:
* You must use a Ezy Direct account (guest checkout orders do not qualify)
* Orders paid for with PayPal Express do not qualify
* Purchasing gift certificates do not earn you any Ezy Rewards Points
How is the earn amount determined?
The number of Ezy Rewards Points that you earn is calculated like this: (item price x quantity selected x earn percentage). Shipping fees, tax and any other fees associated with your order are excluded from the calculation. The percentage for Standard Points is usually 2%, but from time to time Ezy Direct may offer special promotions that give you back even more Ezy Rewards Points in the form of Promotional Points.
How do I find out how many Ezy Rewards Points that I have accrued and that are available?
You can check your Ezy Rewards Points balance at any time:
1. Click on the My Account link in the header of any Ezy Direct page.
2. Click on the My Points and Rewards link within your account.
3. Your accrued balance of Ezy Rewards Points and your available balance of Ezy Rewards Points once they have matured are both displayed.
Please remember that your order needs to be shipped for your points to be available.
How do I earn Ezy Rewards Points for writing a product review?
When you write a product review, we’ll award you Ezy Rewards Points! Just click on the Write a Review link on a product page and submit your review. Once the review is approved, the Ezy Rewards Points will be deposited into your account. See below for restrictions.
What kind of review should I write? Does it need to be positive?
No, the review need not be positive or negative. But it does need to comply with the restrictions listed below.
What kind of restrictions apply?
Each unique review must contain a minimum of 250 characters, excluding extra spaces, punctuation, emoticons, etc. The review cannot be vague and must be specific to the product being reviewed. Duplicate reviews, even if used for different items do not qualify. Reviews placed by an automated system will not qualify for the Ezy Rewards Points promotion. It must not contain any inappropriate language, hate speech, irrelevant information, or be libelous in any way.
Currently, you can earn Ezy Rewards Points on a lifetime maximum of 100 reviews written after 5/10/2011. Past reviews do not earn Ezy Rewards Points.
Ezy Direct, at our sole discretion, reserves the right to reject or delete any review for any reason, and to deny or deduct points associated with rejected or deleted reviews, without restriction and without prior notice.
Do Ezy Rewards Points expire?
Standard points expire after 180 days from shipment unless you make a purchase within that time period. If you make a purchase within that time period, all unused standard points are renewed for another 180 days from new order shipment date. They will expire again unless you make another purchase within that period.
Promotional points may have shorter expiration dates, depending on the promotion. Promotional points do not renew regardless of your subsequent purchases on Ezy Direct.
How do I redeem my Ezy Rewards Points?
It's easy. 45 days from shipment date, your mature available Ezy Rewards Points automatically display in your cart and also on the checkout page when you complete your purchase. You can choose how many Ezy Rewards Points you want to apply to your balance when you pay for your order.
What is the minimum and maximum Ezy Rewards Points redemption?
The minimum number of Ezy Rewards Points that you can use to purchase something is 50 Ezy Rewards Points. The maximum number of Ezy Rewards Points that you can use to purchase something is 25,000 Ezy Rewards Points per order or 100,000 Ezy Rewards Points per month, whichever is lower.
Can I pay for my order with a mix of Ezy Rewards Points and gift certificates?
You can pay for your purchase on Ezy Direct with a mix of any of the following methods of payment:
* Ezy Rewards Points
* Qualifying method of payment such as a credit card (see How do I earn Ezy Rewards Points? above for qualifying payment methods)
