You may return most new, unopened items sold by Ezy Direct within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just visit our Returns Policy page to get all the facts about returning your order.
If you believe that you are eligible to organise a return in accordance with our returns policy then simply follow the step below:
1. Notify Customer service by email.
2. Provide as much detail as possible of the defect or reason for return, as this can speed up the return process.
3. We will issue you an R.A. number and provide further instructions for your return.
4. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
RA (return authorisation) Number – A Must Have
An RA number is required for all returns and no return can be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers allow our returns department to quickly identify your return, so a replacement product can be sent out asap. RA numbers are to be clearly marked on the outside of your postal packaging before returning to Ezy Direct.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your order refund after we receive and process your return.
This time period includes:
• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
